System.IO.File.WriteAllText(savePath, textValue); // 파일 쓸 때 한글이 깨짐.
System.IO.File.WriteAllText(savePath, textValue, Encoding.Default); // 파일 쓸 때 깨지지 않음.Encoding.Defaul를 해주면 안깨진다.
